1. Product Information & Pricing

  • All products listed on our website are imitation or oxidized jewellery items, such as bangles and earrings.
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, polish, or detailing may occur due to photography and lighting.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise mentioned

2. Order Process

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS after successful payment.
  • Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via registered contact details.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 2-day refund, or exchange policy under the following terms:

Eligible Cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The request must be raised within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for refund/exchange claims. The video should:
    • Be taken in a single shot (unedited),
    • Show the unopened package and the full unboxing process.

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Change-of-mind returns.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for eligible claims (defect or damage).
  • If a replacement product is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit of equal value.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, courier delays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. However, we ensure safe packaging and timely handover to courier partners.
