Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.
  • Bank processing time to credit the amount: 2–4 additional working days (depending on your bank).
